Understanding Your Results
Your results are designed to provide insight into the most likely breed influences present in your horse’s DNA. Horse breed testing is interpretive in nature and conclusive or specific results of any kind are not guaranteed. Exact percentages cannot be provided, not every possible influence may appear, and some reported breeds may reflect deeper ancestral influence rather than more recent breed composition. Closely related breeds may also receive similar probabilities due to shared genetic foundations. We do not test for every horse breed so results may sometimes reflect the closest related breed influences available in our database rather than every possible breed present in a horse’s background.
Please note that this test is intended as an informational tool and should not be viewed as a registry determination, pedigree verification, or proof of purebred status.
Parentage Confirmation
Any free parentage confirmation included with your test is limited to samples submitted and tested under the same account. Parentage confirmation can only be performed if both the possible sire and possible dam are on file under your account and all samples meet testing requirements.
